Meet Our Chef
Puneet Kaushal is the head chef of Anant Cuisine of India. Being raised in a military family Puneet had the opportunity to travel all over India in his youth, then beginning his culinary career at IHM Chitkara at the young age of 17, graduating with the skills to take him far.
After graduation, he began his career at such stellar locations as the Radisson Blu Plaza and the Hyatt Hotel in Delhi, India, Puneet then moved on to become be a chef for Carnival Cruise Line.
Now Puneet is here in Richmond to bring all that experience and talent to the forefront as the head chef here at Anant Cuisine of India, creating a modern menu while incorporating the unique flavors he has encountered and studied his whole life, all for you to enjoy.
